We at KKJ specialize in forensic and psychological evaluations and we take a team approach to our evaluation services in order to better serve our clients. What is a team approach and why does it matter? A team approach to our evaluation services allows us clinicians to work collaboratively and collectively in order to provide our clients with a comprehensive, objective, and impartial evaluation. This approach allows us to reduce biases and maintain neutrality as well as welcome varying perspectives. A team approach allows for us to combine our knowledge, skill, and information gathered, which also facilitates thoroughness and fairness. Not only does this approach better serve our clients, but it gives them access to a whole team of experts and professionals, who strive to reach a fair resolution. We offer compassion, empathy, and respect to each case.
Personally, and professionally, I admire the team approach compared to an individualism approach. We challenge each other, hold each other accountable, and offer different perspectives. We all strive for fairness. It encourages us to understand your case on a deeper level and work harder. When we work together as a team, we also grow as professionals and increase our own knowledge and expertise. I encourage the team approach for clients so that they feel more confident about their case, one that will remain objective and be free of any biases.
